I do not forget the memory of watching my grandmother, Galician cooking for my family. I remember the aromas of the fried bacon, the onion, garlic, the laurel, the stewed meat, the potatoes, the soup that boils constantly, and that Sundays in a great "Pot Soup" with hens and everything.
Today my husband and his family of Italy add to the mix the flavors and the scents of Italy. Including garlic itself, but now mixed with that the flavors of basil, in the pesto, minestrone, or good tuco; accompanying the famous pasta of Sundays where grandmother kneaded noquis, raviolones or good fetuccini from very early morning.
All of these experiences, and to have experimented in paladares of friends during a long time in this humble kitchen, that I call "House of Homemade meals" (Casa de comidas Caseras).
Our food is prepared at the moment that you order. For reason, that you wait a little, but in the end we think that it is worth the trouble.
